[Gnumed-bugs] Unhandled exception playing with N otelet "Save under…"

Notelet plugin:

clicked Save under, then *without* an encounter selected I clicked OK --> 
unhandled exception.

Resolution of this exception should perhaps be to return user to Notelet editor 
without a change of encounter?
