Could the function stumble if the output of

        select gm.concat_table_structure(); 

does not group the table / column descriptions which instead are interspersed 
widely among the output? Here appended is the top portion of the output from my 
gnumed_v15 prior to my dropping the staging.org table and you can see near the 
bottom two lines each of which describes one column however that table has many 
more columns whose lines appeared much farther down the output.
