The tool which is creating the Windows packages
(pyInstaller) is broken with respect to wx.lib.pubsub.
Until they get their act together we can't do much about it.
One *can* run the client on Windows from a tarball, though,
which needs installation of all the prerequisites, however.
We'll release 1.1.8 within a few days which contains a few
workarounds to hopefully alleviate the situation.
