Notice in the attached screenshot, once cannot see more than the right-most portion of text in the upper portion of the window, as well as the label text that is meant to inform which fields one is entering.
Not sure if something in this wx layout causes it to be handled differently than, say
GNUmed > Master data management > Lists > Document types
whose label text properly justifies. So too does
EMR > Add / edit > Past history (health issue / PMHx)
if that gives any clues?
