Ah, this is a good example of why it shouldn't be red text:
Written in red clearly suggests that what is written is
worthy of attention which isn't true for the
normal-not_relevant parts of said multi-cell containing
normals and abnormals. We can't print in red just the
abnormals of a multi-cell so it's either all or none within.
Shading the *cell* (rather than coloring the text) OTOH
merely says that there's *something* worthy of attention
inside that cell, not necessarily everything within it.
