[Gnumed-bugs] lack of GNUmed auto-signing document attachment

I had believed that when a clinician performs

        Write letter

and attaches said document to an encounter, the document would be auto-signed 
but I am finding that I am having to go in and "review" all such documents.

Unless I missed it, I had not noticed any configuration (preference) to have to 
set.

Is there anything I can interrogate or check about this, from my end?
