I am not really all to concerned about the name concept. A
name is just that: a label for an entity. We can safely turn
the name field into an array. Whether I type acetoaminophen or
paracetamol won't matter much - I will end up in the same row.
Quite similar with different brand names if the differently
named brands REALLY are equal in any other aspect.
