I have uploaded an improved version of the bootstrapping
script in server/utils/.
This now combines the functionality of setup-users.py and
gnumed.sql (installing procedural languages) with the bonus of
searching for dynamic libraries for backend languages.
User/group creation logic is also separated out into
gmUserSetup.py for easier reuse.
TODO:
- bootstrap core database "gnumed"
- import config structure and populate
- bootstrap services
Can someone please have a look and verify nothing of
importance is missing so far ?
Ultimately, this should semi-automatically setup a working if
standard/boring GnuMed database backend for beginners to start
playing with.
