Dear list members, I am working on a white paper regarding specifications for public software tenders. It is aiming at both providing the taxpayer the best bang for buck as well as speeding up health software development in general. I am asking for comments and help, since I can see that I am probably too biased to write it all myself alone.I would be thankful for criticism, and even more thankful for active help. The document needs loads of references and cross references, and many important sections ar still missing completely. My English is not perfect either, and it probably contains too many technical and confusing terms for the intended audience.
Sounds good to me Horst. :-) There are a few typos and grammatical errors and I am happy to have a go at correcting those.
Can I suggest a mailto link be placed at the end of the paper. e.g.<a href="mailto:address@hidden Guidelines%20for%20health%20software%20purchase%20and%20contracting%20in%20the%20context%20of%20government%20subsidised%20projects ">Please send your comments, cricitisms and additions to Horst Herb</a>< Is there any case for arguing for a BSD license in preference to the GPL? David
