I would have thought that having the bootstrap script create
"gm-dbowner" as needed would be easier still. I understand I
need to make the console printout much better when requesting
the password for "gm-dbowner". That might help in the short
term.

I have added a blurb as to that effect. (in CVS)
Also, is it reasonable to pre-set the "postgres"
password to blank in the standard config files ?
