Try gnumed/server/utils/audittrail.py

Just run it against a database, and it outputs the trigger generation scripts 
etc to stdout from where you can redirect it to wherever you want. Worked for 
me when I tested it last, but a lot of things have changed since and it might 
need some modifications.
