The Australian dollars rise in recent weeks has been welcome but we are
still under the Canadian dollar. Therefore the $C2000 for the two day
course is looking a little pricey. On top of this there is the airfares
and accommodation. Besides I am a bit afraid of catching a nasty little
infection flying into Toronto. 

Perhaps GPCG has a few schekels to fly David Chan out here. 12cc/HIC (http://www.hic.org.au/)
is coming up in August and David is more than welcome to talk at the
gnumed conference that we are holding on Friday/Saturday August 8 &
9 in Medical Education Unit of the Edward Ford Building at Sydney

Being free software sort of people the cost for attending is $0
although a donation at the door to pay for the room for the day would
