Easy. A lot easier than wx, and this is the one point where GTK becomes
tricky across platforms

wx has a GUI builder that was modelled after Glade, and works just as
fine (wxGlade). It spits out code for C++, Python and Perl. In wx, just
as with libglade, you can use XML based UI definitions to build your UI
at runtime, with the same performance penalty.

Main GTK drawbacks are
1.) very buggy still on Windows
2.) not running on Ma OS/X (?? - I might be wrong here)
