[Gnumed-devel] verify_x_db_fks.py

This script has been added to CVS. It is intended to be run
from cron every so often. It checks the cross-database
"foreign key" dependancies and logs keys violating referential
integrity in the table x_db_fk_violation in the service
containg the offending key.

It's the admin's job to deal with the resulting violation
reports. A view v_x_db_fk_violation has been added for your
convenience as well as a function log_x_db_fk_violation()
[which is of no concern to normal users/admins, however].
