PostgreSQL natively on Windows is in all likelihood not very
far off. The noises on the mailing list indicate a rising
level of certainty that 7.5 will have it (we are 7.4 now).
Commercial PostgreSQL repackaging already offer nice
installers (on Windows, that is).
