I removed the global module scope database access so that epydoc ran on 
gmOrganization.py and restored the
missing functions for gmContacts into gmOrganization ; I gather they 
were cut from gmDemographics in a swift effort to get epydoc working for 
that
module.

looks like javadoc; easily see where more documentation need;  shows 
gnumed's nice structure, which looks like
a genuine attempt at clinical focus vs. a 
lets-adapt-some-small-business-accounting-package-to-sell-to-medicos 
look of some other projects.
