I added "Home" as the test results provider "Patient". As for
YetAnotherLabWhoWon'tElectronicallySend one could handle that
in at least two different ways:
1) scan and link incoming paper reports
2) add the prehistoric lab as a normal results provider and
link manually added results to it
The backend schema tries not to make assumptions about how
data enters the system !
