[Gnumed-devel] demographics widget and search results

I re-arranged Richard's new look gmDemographics, so the list and the 
detail sections are in separate windows, and both are
in a horizontally split sash window. I think the in-panel search results 
is better than a popup. It would be a shame to
waste his good gui design skills. Checkout the popup menu in the list area.
