python+pypgsql+mx.datetime+wxpython, as for the gnumed client,
so it should work on all platforms. It must be preceded by another, platform-specific, installer to ensure these dependencies and actually download the .py and .sql scripts to disk.

Ideally, the first installer runs this script directly if database installation is desired, so the user only
"sees" one installer.
