Sure. Sebastian can try to take ideas from it for the
"proper" installer. Even more appreciated would be work on
improving that "proper" Windows installer. For the time
being (since I have heard reports that the bootstrapper
won't run on Windows) this may include pg_dumping a
peroperly set up database and loading that at install time
on Windows.
