[Gnumed-devel] docs are back (partly)

I managed to get the scripts running that produce the docs
for database schema and the like

You can find them here:

gm-schemadocs contains database dumps for GNUmed as well.
Those can be used to build a database if bootstrap fails.

Nevertheless I strongly recommend bootstrapping over db-dumps.
