when you get to http://www.sunsetsystems.com/ss_issues.php you can see that
they couldn't find a term for 'issues' either.
so far i'm marvelling at the complexity of the US part of the program; most of
the screen shots cover items needed more specifically in the US.
the drug lookup is done on-line, using www.rxlist.com.
