Translating even a few strings will GNUmed enable to display
just those in the local language. Everything else will just
stay in English for the time being.

So, if someone translates a few strings into their language
and sends the file for inclusion GNUmed will be able to use
those few strings. This is true even across client versions
(both major and minor) !

And actually seeing them on screen will wet your appetite
for more ;-)
