Under debian, Synaptic Package Manager provides a nice and easy way
to search and display this. However, if the client itself can
easily know this (for example can it somehow "read" this from
somewhere in its local code base) can I suggest the client be able
to display this information under Help menu > About GNUmed >
(somewhere in this screen.. there is space below "Free eMedicine"
and above "Version 0.1..."
This would then provide a consistent place which is not OS or
distribution-tool dependent.
If there is to be any tinkering with the About GNUmed screen, is it
easy with no downside to change
