[Gnumed-devel] The Attach documents plug-in... can it default the episode value "Unassociated documents"?

This would better assist the clinician;s helper staff to import the  
documents for the clinician, pre-attaching them to the patient prior  
to the clinician's review and signing, but without any requirement  
for the helper to understand or decide clinically under which  
clinical problem episode  to associate the document.			

if the episode " Unassociated  documents" did not already exist, it  
would get created under Unattributed episodes, and if it already  
existed, no new episode would get created, the existing "  
Unassociated  documents" would get used.

I notice that the widget smartly strips out leading space, however  
could the widget leave it intact so that

        " Unassociated  documents

could sort at the top among

        Unattributed episodes?

Lastly for those whom a default would be an inconvenience, can the  
text be autoselected upon widget opening so that its contents can be  
more easily deleted to access the phrasewheel, and / or is it  
feasible to add configurability to this value among the other GNUmed  
settings, so that a praxis could at least specify this, and the  
widget would allow the leading space for this item?
