Hi,
In bootstrap-latest.sh you do a check for the previous version and the current
version. I guess the check should be extended to cover all previous versions
as a user might have jumped version and tries to go from v10 to v13.
This condition is not detected and all data up to v10 is overwritten if I am
not mistaken.
