In the screenshot the window title bar says

        Adding new vaccination

but when you are entering characters into the phrasewheel, you are shown 
matches as though you might select one. Accordingly if the user *did* select 
one, would that negate that they are adding a vaccine?

Or does it simply inform the user that if what you are inputting already 
exists, you should either abort this "Addition" or you need to provide a unique 
name *different* from what already exists?
