When in GNUmed (configured to use the german medication db), what is the user 
experience? Does the user

        start typing in GNUmed, and witness --- within this GNUmed field --- a 
phrasewheel populated by real-time fetched data from the German db?

        may or must this GNUmed medication be
        - a commercial name ("pulling" German commercial matches)
        - a molecule (generic component) name
        - ATC number?

Would the list of drugs and dosages that are available in Germany be freely 
available to put inside FreeDiams?
