 aaabsolutely no intention of doing so :)  the idea was to be able to flag
up "did you know, this lab A actually sent this to lab B, would you like to
click on the report from them, because they sent a copy as well, maybe take
a look, make sure there's no discrepancies?" and if the info is in a comment
field it's not possible to do that.  but if it's in a
clin.lab_request.fk_lab_request_forwarded_from_another_lab field, it is.
