The client surface dosnt support german?

Installed the latest (today) server (with postgresql) and client from
the gnumed download section for Windows.
Durin the installprozess I choose "deutsch" for server and client, but
the client is in english.
Under Gnumed > preference > database are only settings for the database
(de_de)
