Oh, you likely did, but you didn't notice you did.
Did you ever say "So, you were born in <foreign country> ?"
to a patient ?
Population based genetic risk, early-infection/
late-manifestation (Tbc, HIV), early childhood chronic food
poisoning (heavy metals in drinking water, lots of
contaminated fish), and vaccination status relevance come to
mind.
