This "personal" is more of a three-fold between

- clinical (something to do with patients)
- administrative (something to do with running the practice)
- personal (remember wife's birthday present)

The latter does not have to do with whether it is
confidential or not.

In particular, this does not have anything to do with the
category and/or type of message.

Yes, since it is clinical - admin - personal. However, the
double-click action depends on the full category-type, not
only whether it is clinical.

That's a good idea for a default message handler given
.pk_patient is not NULL with any message category/type.
