Those would be one org with several units.

There's no dimensioning to that. The praxis-info-storage *either* is
a .is_local_praxis column within dem.org *or* is a table local_praxis
FKing to dem.org(_unit?). In the latter case it would need special
precautions to *preclude* multiple praxi.
