[Gnumed-devel] Inbox contextual menu options

Some items (when they were not auto-generated) can be edited or deleted.

The items which are auto-generated presently provide no options in the 
contextual menu other than the 'label"

        Inbox Message menu      

1. Can we arrange it so that these items gain an option 

        Load person / plug-in

2. Is there any value in there being some visual (column) indicator of which 
items are discrete and which are auto-generated?
