Hi all,
I am currently working on making the *nix based backup solution provided by GNUmed available on Windows.
It is not as straightforward as I had hoped.
Meanwhile I suggest you make use of other methods. One would be to manually back up a whole database from within the pgadmin software tool available on Windows.
