Sure, but in absence of explicit modelling of DDs one needs to
manually manage that. And GNUmed will print whatever was manually
entered (and subsequently selected).

GNUmed will consider as a health issue everything the user entered
as a health issue. And it will print that if so instructed.

I'm pretty sure I don't fully comprehend the seemingly
problematic scenario just yet.
