Typically that's either a LaTeX code problem (PDF doesn't get created
and thus cannot be moved) or a permissions problem. A log would be
helpful.

Unless you changed something with regards to GNUmed yesterday (such
as update) this pretty much proves it is not GNUmed's fault.
