"It" meaning Nagpur Power Company, or Baba Travel having
closed shop, ... ?  ;-)

Come one, you'll have to give us more data.

Taking a wild guess:

Maybe you used the characters "s", "o", "a", "p" inside the
placeholder to designate which parts of the SOAP notes you
are interested in.

Now, since SimpleSoap only stores soapU (U as in
U-nspecified, as was requested by users on-list) none of
that will be accessed by a placeholder set up to access SOAP.

So, add "U" to the "SOAP" inside the placeholder.
