Or maybe rename it "order profile" and state that we
recognize the existance, understand the use case, are
ambivalent (blanket ordering vs teaching/not forgetting)
as to Good Clinical Practice thereof, but certainly have
not implemented CPOE just yet.

And consistently call panels panels on the Wiki (if that's
the proper term).
