So is the question as narrow as

        whether some documents (all parts thereof)
        or all documents for a particular patient
        or all documents in the praxis archive (GM database)

        are to stored within in their respective GNUmed db row
        as encypted content

        where each affected document in question would be individually encrypted

        using a key that is to be
        - a solitary private master for the praxis
        - other?
