If the following blog posting
http://clarkdave.net/2013/06/what-can-you-do-with-postgresql-and-json/
is correct, that the base version of PostgreSQL 9.2 will be unable to do much
with JSON, then should the minimum version either be left at 9.1 or jumped to
9.3?
