I've just installed gnump3d v2.8 at SuSE 10.0 (YAST). It's running quite
nice now but I'm getting a fiew errors and am interested, whether that are
bugs or features ;-) or due to my misconfiguration.

In the error.log I got the error:
"print() on closed filehandle CACHING at /usr/bin/gnump3d line 1814, <GEN1>
line 7"
That error filled about 2000 lines per 5 minutes streaming. The variable
"downsample_cachedir" ist not defined in gnump3d.config so maybe this
caching is a not yet fully implemented feature (?). I commented out some
lines in /usr/bin/gnump3d arround line 1814. That solved the "filling" of
the error.log.

When I start the server with
# gnump3d --fast --test
I'm getting the error
"Use of uninitialized value in hash element at
/usr/lib/perl5/5.8.7/gnump3d/ line 154, <FILY> line 16878"
Line 16878 ist the last line and says
"/home/gnump3d/server/mp3/Mima/_Witzig/Radio PSR Sinnlos Telefon - Pizza
Service.mp3     mtime=1087254136        SIZE=417630     LENGTH=02:19
YEAR=   ARTIST=Radio PSR        COMMENT=Mimas   TRACK=  TITLE=Pizza Service
ALBUM=  GENRE=Comedy    BITRATE=24      FILENAME=Radio PSR Sinnlos Telefon -
Pizza Service"

Thank you
