Hmm. I've just compiled 0.6.2 against libgcrypt 1.2.0 and I don't experience 
any problems; both 'make check' and gnunetd work just fine.  I've tried with 
both the debian package for libgcrypt and a hand-compiled version of 
libgcrypt.  No problems either way.
