Hi,
we have someone in our list with a lot of questions towards Taler.
This one for example:
> But one specific issue I did bring up: compliance with the EU VAT
> directive. You can't comply with it if you have an anonymous
> customer. The English and German versions of the directive leave a
> grey area in such a case, whereas the Slovak and Czech translations

> other EU languages sufficiently to interpret the directive myself).
> The HMRC, in their guidelines to the directive, also claims that you

> about this?

Is there a Taler-mailinglist or shall i point him to this one?

Cheers
