[Gnushogi-devel] gnushogi 1.4.1rc1 released

I just pushed tag v1.4.1rc1, on branch "maint", to further prepare for
the real release.

The official tarball can be downloaded from:
http://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/gnushogi/

It adds some support to build win32 binaries, but that is (for now)
limited to building inside cygwin using the old gcc3 (the resulting
binary is not cygwin-dependant, though).

If there is no regression, and the win32 build in the tarball is OK, I
expect no more rc before shipping 1.4.1.  The final release should
happen around the new year.
