Just to make it extremely clear - the GNUSTEP_USER_ROOT environment
variable is no longer used to determine where the gnustep user defaults
and user domain are; the .GNUsteprc files are read and used instead.

While we think the .GNUsteprc files are better, they are sort of new, so
maybe not all cases have been addressed.
