quite a lot of work later and with the big help of Fred, I was able to update PDFKit to 3.04!

As a test I was able to run old ViewPDF by Stefan on teh new version! Works fine! including search and outline - apparently I did break nothing.

- lots of work to update to the new Font API
- fix makefile targets

Afterwards I had to fix a bad crasher which was present in the original code. There were static object instances: this made a multi-document based app unreliable. I was had to adjust the code to make them IVARs, this required fixing the bridge and the callback functions. Seems to work quite well!

PS: why things look jaggy in ViewPDF (but not e.g. in the PDF content inspector) I do not know, but it was before the update and it is now. Didn't break it.
