Where do we stand with this? Anything I can do to help out? Where do you stand with your templating?

I'm starting up again after the break. I'm far too slow at this. There's a suggested GR to stop non-free support in Debian which I'm writing emails for and I still have a security bug in koha to fix. I've not restarted on this yet.

TODO
1. Restore my CVS access to Savannah
2. Tweak the templater to use the secondary template for most pages
3. Run the retemplater
4. Fix major goofs
5. Commit to a branch
6. Everyone wade in and catch the goofs
7. Merge to HEAD
8. Mirrors update

I think it's hard for anyone to help before I get to 5. I'll shout loudly when that happens. I think I'll be there by 1900 UTC Thursday.
