If it won't work, could you instead make the examples #include
<inet_ntop.h> from gnulib, and link to gnulib?  Then it might even
work.  And protect all other #include's that doesn't exist on mingw32.

I'm sorry I can't test mingw32, I was able to build libgpg-error but
not libgcrypt.
