[gnutls-dev] GnuTLS 1.7.3 for Windows

I built a Windows installer for GnuTLS 1.7.3, you can find it at:

There has been some changes in the installer: It includes a standalone
OpenCDK library too.  It names the registry keys as "GnuTLS-$version"
(instead of "GnuTLS"), so you can have multiple GnuTLS releases (e.g.,
1.6.1 and 1.7.3) installed at the same time, and have Add/Remove
program be able to remove both versions correctly.  Before the
registry keys would be overwritten by every new release, so 'Remove
program' only removed the last installed version.
